When you schedule a consultation with one of our experienced project developers, you’ll receive honest discussion about best practices and if applicable, a detailed proposal explaining everything the proposal includes. Often, we set up a meeting to explain all the details of the proposal.
Custom construction projects like attaching a new structure (i.e. patio cover) to an existing structure are often challenging to do when using best building practices. We take pride in explaining what challenges your project may encounter prior to beginning contract/construction in an effort to minimize surprise expenses during the build. Our goal is to provide an up-front quote that includes everything necessary to complete your project. However, almost all projects have some unknowns prior to construction, and our goal is to walk you through those from the beginning.
At TCP, every proposal includes a detailed visualization of your future space. Depending on the project, this visualization may include life-like, fly-through CAD or renderings to have perfect understanding of what your project will look like when completed. Our project developers spend many hours designing your space to scale and analyzing space planning to that the design succeeds not just in appearance but function.
